Please read these terms carefully before using Life in the UK Test.
By booking, you ask us to begin the booking service immediately and accept that once your test is booked you lose your 14-day right to cancel.
We start work as soon as you pay, so we can secure your seat quickly. If you have not yet been booked, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Life in the UK Test is an independent booking and study service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Home Office, UK Visas & Immigration, or any UK government body. We charge a service fee to book the official test on your behalf, in addition to the £50 official test fee.
If you start study access it is free for 30 days, then renews at £29.99 a month. You can cancel any time from your account and your access continues until the end of the paid period. We use industry-standard retries for failed payments.
Where we collect a photo of your ID to book your test, we store it securely, use it only to complete your booking, and delete it once your booking is confirmed. We never share it except with the official test service as needed to book your seat.
If we cannot book you a seat at a centre you can reasonably attend, we will refund your booking service fee in full. Refund requests for the study subscription are handled in line with your statutory rights and our fair-use policy. To request a refund, contact help@lifeintheuktest.example.com.
